Heather Axtell brings 9 years of experience in all aspects of the title industry to Title Company of Colorado.

After working at a title company for four years, Heather started her own successful real estate research company. She assisted small title companies to increase their business. Having worked in Colorado exclusively, her knowledge of the real estate practices and statutes of the state serve to benefit her customers.

Heather brings a high level of dedication and personalized service to Title Company of Colorado and is committed to its success and yours.

Tom McMillen, attorney at law, provides knowledge of real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges, and title insurance issues which you won’t find at other title companies. Tom graduated from the University of Denver School of Law in 1984, and has practiced real estate law in Colorado ever since. Tom is always available to answer your questions.
